We want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care products (such as soaps, bath bombs, lip balms, lotions, and other handmade skincare items) cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@findlaycreeksoapcompany.ca with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation—items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
  3. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and the correct return address along with instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product, we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • For other approved returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Include photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@findlaycreeksoapcompany.ca.
